Its great...but it's not the full burpee I was trained with, which adds a push-up after you kick your legs out. You can always add an abduction, then adduction after the push-up, which then makes it more like an 8-Count-Bodybuilder (which we did tons of in the Navy).

I recommend to use in tandem with whole series. If you are just starting out, try one at a time, but when you want more activity, get the others too.
